Description

Theirs Issard 4 Star Elephant Sabatier 6" Utility Carbon Steel Thiers France 1960s 70s ashi as the knife is cleaned Blade is free from as the knife is cleaned with a light abrasive in the future it will blend into the existing scratch pattern This is identical to the knives made by Anton Wingen Jr in Solingen Germany and was likely made on contract for Hoffritz who was an American importer not a maker The light electro etch blade markings are long gone but the handle is still clearly marked ****Sabatier most likely
